Dolphin Golf Property invite you on a bespoke viewing trip to your chosen destination where one of our team will meet you at the airport to escort you to your fantastic accommodation which will be your home for the duration of your stay .  We hope to provide a truly relaxed personal viewing trip and help you discover your holiday home in the sun,  perhaps even at a fraction of the cost!! As we offer a very personal service, we only work in partnership with our clients and therefore we require our clients to assist us to help them by giving us as much feedback as possible in order to establish exactly what would be required to fulfil their requirements and enable them to fully enjoy their dream home for many years to come.  In view of the importance of any major purchase, it is vital that all aspects of your holiday home purchase are considered such as budget and affordability, how often are you going to be able to visit and stay in your chosen home?  Do you need to rent out your property to others to help with any finance and ongoing costs?  These questions are but a few that need to be discussed.  Due to our position and connections we are able to discuss all areas of a overseas property purchase such as Finance, Lawyers and Rental options, Holiday Exchange schemes  in order to maximise the appeal of your future overseas dream home. We want to get it right first time as we wish to work with our clients well beyond the initial purchase.

As we deal with many personally chosen Developers please ask regarding your own bespoke viewing trips and costing.  Some we  just ask that you cover the cost of your flight to the destination, which will of course be refunded should you find the property of your dreams. Other developers may have an inclusive flight and accommodation offer.
