Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Polaris World’s fourth resort, has an area of 1,353,000m2  and  1864 Mediterranean style white washed apartments, the majority two bedroom one bathroom and a handful of two bedroom two bathroom.  All the properties are front line golf structured around a large 18 hole Golf Course, Lakes and Landscaped gardens. Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is designed around the 19th Century, colonial style former residence of the Riquelme family which is currently be restored to conserve all the history of the traditional Murcian Estate.

The Resort is situated in the traditional Spanish Village of Sucina, situated in the countryside between the Sierras of Altaona, Escalona & Columares and the Sea.  The Village have several restaurants, bars, bank, shops, school and Church.  Sucina Market day is Monday from 09.00 to 14.00.   Only a 20 minute drive from the City of Murcia and Cartagena.

The Resort is  just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of the Mar Menor and serviced by flights into San Javier, Murcia International Airport, Alicante International Airport and soon the new, currently under construction, airport at Corvera, Murcia.
