The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. A 70 euro cleaning charge will apply. Payable to the keyholder upon arrival.

The villa has 2 bathrooms - ensuite in master bedroom contains his and her sinks, shower and whirlpool bath. Air-conditioning throughtout keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa. Children welcome, pets considered. Suitable for the elderly.

The villa is in a very quiet area, with no passing traffic. It has a private swimming pool (21ft x 12ft), a garden, a patio area, interesting views, and a large covered barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
