A 5-star Hotel will be built in the resort with approximately 120 rooms. It will be situated in the centre of the resort, surrounded by a green area of approximately 600.000 sqm. The SPA, conference area and restaurants will also be integrated in this facility.
This will not be a typical hotel. Instead of being high it will only have a few storeys and it will be quite extended, completely integrated into nature, with its rooftop covered in vegetation in length and width. It will have a privileged view over a lake and ecological reserve.
The SPA will be integrated in the Hotel project, however it will be accessible to the public in general and the owners on the resort will have privileged conditions.
The SPA will offer the best treatments and experiences, be it in the treatment rooms with relaxing massages or in the “wheat” zone where the water is the relaxing element.
It will possess all characteristics of a last generation 5-star Hotel, at a time where the paradigm “HEALTH” is here to stay.

An 800 sqm Commercial Area is located at the entrance of the resort (near the football field). Within the main amenities you will be able to find a Supermarket, Restaurant, Bars, Hairdresser, Laundry, Newspaper and Bank.

The Football field is located next to the main entrance to the resort. It will be a grass field and it will have the dimensions of a professional football field. The facility is meant for the practice and learning of various sports: football, volleyball, rugby, etc. It has supporting structures – changing rooms and bar
It has the capacity to accommodate professional football teams and meets requirements of beauty and tranquillity inherent to the whole project. Its proximity to the commercial area should not be left unmentioned.

It will consist of a 1 storey building, four tennis courts and 14 uncovered parking spaces.
The building includes a tennis club, patio, hall, restaurant/bar, office, storage room, changing rooms for clients .The aim is to create yet another quality leisure alternative.

Bom Sucesso is a Resort with very special plus points, some of which are directly related to what Óbidos and the Region have to offer. The Rowing, Diving and Sailing Club is an excellent example.
This facility will have a restaurant/bar area with a spectacular terrace over the Óbidos Lagoon. A storage area for vessels will also be part of the Club.
This Region offers us a natural Lagoon (the biggest in Portugal), sea and great conditions for the practice of all these aquatic sports.

At a distance of just 3Km from the Resort lies one of the treasures of Óbidos: the Beach.
Bom Sucesso will have the concession of a beach, where it will have a group of services and amenities at the disposal of its clients.

As icing on the cake of a 5-star Resort, The Heliport is a luxury amenity of great importance. Apart from giving the opportunity to some of the more adventurous clients to travel by helicopter, it also makes it possible for ambulance helicopters to land at the resort.

Nature. Lake. Sports. Leisure.Four words that can define Bom Sucesso, yet they fit the characterization of the Sports Fishing Lake like a glove. This leisure activity relaxes, gives the opportunity to experience nature up close.

The aim of this infrastructure is to have our clients travel in time.
From the past to the future, in this Garden we can travel through the evolution of Flora in Portugal (from its foundation), understanding and experiencing various moments in time in one sole place We’ve belonged to the “world’s greats”, we’ve been led by Kings and Presidents. What were our gardens like in those times? What did our Forests look like?

This park is also intended for social interaction, more specifically aimed towards children. It will be of proper dimension, integrated into a vast forested area, sharing the space and access to a swimming pool, which also will be constructed in that area of the resort.

Aside from the individual swimming pools foreseen to be built for each individual plot and for each group of the townhouses, which alone come to a total of 16,000 sqm of water surface in the resort, there are plans to construct a communal swimming pool, located near the kiddie park.
The planned amenity is expanded over a partially buried floor, intended for the services of the swimming pool and infant room.
This pool will also be equipped with a supporting structure meant for changing rooms, bar and infant room as well, totalizing over 80 sqm of covered area.

It consists of a building with compartments for animals and specialized personnel that assure the best treatment and companionship for “our best friends”.

The Amphitheatre / Acoustic Shell will have Concerts, Theatre, Multimedia Shows, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, etc… everything is possible on this “stage” sculpted by Nature.

The main gate is located at the very entrance of the resort; here the security service and the 24-hour surveillance operate. The author of its architectural project is Architect Álvaro Siza Vieira.
The security centre of the Resort can be found there. It encompasses the verification of all who enter Bom Sucesso (as this is the only entrance) as well as the remote surveillance room which has the most up-to-date video surveillance technology, guaranteeing an excellent high security level.
This service includes means of detection and control of fire and crime in the public access areas. To name a few, the means of control include control posts, radio communication, as well as private detection and fire fighting systems, consisting of fire hydrants and extinguishers in the public access areas. A service of round shifts will be added to these equipments as well as garbage inspection on various points during the beat.
The Reception will come from the hand of the same author, and will also be built at the entrance of the resort. Here the various clients of the Resort will be attended to.
The Reception Service will register the entries and departures of clients, receive messages and correspondence of the proprietors and clients, give information about the functioning of the BOM SUCESSO - Lagoa Golf Tourism Resort and complement the security service, especially by reporting to the security staff.
