Townhouses
The townhouses are sets of houses in a single plot sharing a large garden area and swimming pool. With a maximum of two floors, the houses are all covered in greenery and have private courtyards and a private garden area.
The Townhouses are either 1, 2 or 3 bedroom, some with covered parking or a private garage.
Villas
The Plots for the Villas range between 700sqm and 3000 sqm. Their prices vary according to location and the architectural project to be constructed on the plot. The villas are 3,4 and 5 bedroom, swimming pool and landscaping are optional.
Clients may purchase the plot with its architecture project without being immediately required to construct the villa. Bom Sucesso guarantees a construction price established beforehand for all the projects comparatively very competitive. The Villas may be acquired under a tourism regime (rental pool) or not.

Freehold Purchase: Straightforward property purchase. You pay the full purchase price and it becomes your property to use as you wish, so you can live in it, take your holidays in it, lend it or even let it, as you choose. There is only a basic resort maintenance charge and all we ask is that you maintain your building and its surroundings in accordance with the high quality design theme of the development.
Freehold Tourist Option: These options apply, principally, to the purchase of Townhouses, and consist of the full ownership of the house, which is let for tourism during part of the year, in consideration for financial compensations and an extremely high quality service.

Payment Terms
The reservation process is simple; the process starts with a small deposit of €5.000. After the reservation, there are 30 days to exchange papers and sign contracts; the buyer has 8 days to renounce without any losses.
After the exchange of papers the process is different for plots and for townhouses.
For a Plot, the buyer must pay:
- 20% of the price at the exchange of papers;
- a second payment of 15% is due six months after the initial payment;
- a third payment of 15% is due 6 months after the second.
- The remaining 50% is due with the execution of the public deed, 18 months after the exchange of papers.
For a Townhouse, the buyer must pay:
- 15% with the exchange of papers,
- 25% six months after the construction starts,
- and 60% with the execution of the public deed
In relation to the construction of villas, the buyer must pay for the construction license when it is issued, followed by 15 equal consecutive monthly installments, the first of which is due 15 days after the payment of the Construction License. This first installment shall coincide with the start of the construction work by the contractor. The value of each payment is determined by the simple division of the total construction price into 15 monthly installments. VAT is due over construction price.
